BOOK GROUPS
Chris Braudaway-Bauman, 781.235.1988 x 20, chris@wellesleyvillagechurch.org
In January, February, during the summer, and occasionally at other times during the year, small groups are formed to read and discuss together books on the life of faith. This past year's selections have included, Practicing our Faith edited by Dorothy Bass, The Anatomy of Hope: How People Prevail in the Face of Illness by Jerome Groopman, Souls in the Hands of a Tender God: Stories of the Search for Home and Healing on the Streets by Craig Rennebohm, and The Heart of Christianity: Rediscovering a Life of Faith by Marcus Borg.
DAUGHTERS OF ABRAHAM
Kathy Musser, 781.235.1988 x 14, kathy@wellesleyvillagechurch.org
Christian, Jewish and Muslim women meet monthly to explore their religious faith by reading and discussing books together. The group's mission is to overcome stereotypes and foster mutual respect and understanding through conversation and relationships that form in the monthly meetings.

LENTEN STUDY
Each year, during the six weeks of Lent, we engage in study and small group meetings focused on growing in faith. Previous years' topics have included: Faith Practices; Prayer; and Worship. The Lenten series in 2011 will focus on the Questions Jesus Asked and Sharing our Lenten Practices.
