Gentle level classes - Should have some previous gentle yoga experience.
Kripalu yoga is a compassionate, non-judgmental, and self-accepting type of hatha yogic practice that helps to nurture the whole person wellness. Focusing on breathing techniques, each Kripalu yoga class begins with a brief centering/meditation, followed by spinal and joint warm-ups, various and sequenced movement and postures, and ends with a period of relaxation. Each session guides the individual in their own experience of uniting mind, body and breath, with a goal of enhancing a more conscious, present and calm state of being.
